This modern house is located on the outskirts of the village of Villeneuve de la Raho about twenty minutes south of Perpignan. The village boasts a delightful freshwater lake for swinning and boating activities. The beaches of St Cyprien and Canet are a twenty minute drive away and the Spanish border thirty to fourty minutes. Views of the Pyrennees and also Perpignan airport are nearby. The house boasts spacious public rooms with open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with open fireplace. Terrace area with outdoor barbecue and to the front of the house there is a heated jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Bedrooms range from doubles and twin bedded rooms and there is a speacious bath and shower room. Separate toilet. The house is owned locally by a wine merchant who uses the adjoining lock up daily for his business and will be on hand if need be. He is fluent in French English and Spanish
