Gas central heating carpetted throughout apart from the kitchen which has the original quarry stone floor and range. Within easy walking distance of the local shops and in the other direction you come onto the Golf course and Tenterfell a lovely walk taking you into the lakes. The property is situated in a cul de sac around the corner from Postman Pats post office, which is next door to a very friendly local pub.
