Our Grassmarket Studio has a spectacular view of Edinburgh Castle and is just a short walk from Princes Street, the Old Town, the Royal Mile and the castle itself. The apartment is located in Webster’s Land, a private residential block on West Port in central Edinburgh. Cinemas, concert hall, theatres, internet cafe, bars, restaurants, cafes, grocery shops and Princes Street are all only a few minutes walk from the flat. There are also plenty of museums, galleries and tourist attractions within easy walking distance too. Our comfy studio flat has three rooms, with windows facing north to the castle and to the west. LOUNGE/BEDROOM has double bed, sofa, fitted wardrobes, hairdryer, electric panel heater, TV, DVD player, CD stereo/radio, credit-card telephone. KITCHEN has a table and two chairs, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, washer-dryer, toaster, kettle, electric panel heater. BATHROOM has bath, toilet, wash-hand basin, electric shower over the bath, shaver socket, fan heater. Although situated on the fourth floor, it is reached by just two short flights of stairs from the main entrance gate, which is at third-floor level. SHORT BREAKS available all year except during August, Christmas and New Year (when 1 week is the minimum let). Short breaks from £210 - £260 for 3 nights (minimum let). WEEKLY LETS from £310 - £525.
