A country hideaway within strolling distance of the sandy beach and a pub, that has so much to offer everyone. The converted stone barn is one of just four cottages in the complex. There is ample parking in the court yard. It has its own hedged, large garden area with access into approximately 2 acres of woodland offering space for the children to play and explore. Secluded,peaceful country cottage just ½ a mile's walk or drive along a private country track to the historic fishing village of Coverack with its pub, cafe and shops.Coverack’s golden sandy beach with shallow water and rock pools is a must for all visitors whatever the season. There is even a windsurfing school there.There is plenty to watch at the harbour whilst eating a locally made ice cream. Mowhay benefits from a newly renovated shower room which includes an electric shower, quarry tiles and new wall tiles. It also has a new kitchen which includes a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine in a shared laundry room on site. There is a bright sunroom with dining area and a small sofa overlooking the garden and woodland offering the perfect spot for bird watching or book reading. The welcoming lounge has 2 comfortable sofas,telephone, DVD,TV,digi box and a storage heater. The stairs lead up to: Bedroom 1 which has exposed beams with pine double bed and furniture. Bedroom 2 which also has exposed beams, a pine full size single bed, pine bunk beds and furniture. Electric consumer unit requires £1.00 coins. A travel cot,stairgate,highchair can be supplied on request. Bed linen included but towels are not provided. Dogs welcome at £30.00 per week.
