The Barn is situated midway between St Davids and Fishguard within the small village of Trefin. It has taken well over 2 years to fully renovate and now offers a totally unique holiday experience. The downstairs has traditional slate floor throughout with underfloor heating and includes a WC, large dining room, lounge and fully fitted kitchen. Within and above the lounge area is a grog loft which houses 2 single beds and is accessed via a stowable ladder. Please note that due to low ceiling height this area is really only suited to under 10's. The master bedroom and en-suite can be reached either via an external stone and slate staircase or a lovely spiral staircase internally. The bedroom has a galleried balcony overlooking the dining area and takes advantage of the full height window. The is a wall mounted LCD TV within the bedroom and another large LCD TV & DVD player within the lounge. The rear of the property extends to 13 acres and has fantastic sea views. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
