The accommodation comprises a large hotel style bedroom in the house and a self-catering annex. Both are heated with large night storage heaters and supplementary fan heaters. The bedroom has a good double bed, two cushioned cane chairs, television and kettle, a spacious en suite shower room/loo, and beautiful views across the South Downs. From the front door of the house it is upstairs to the left, away from the rest of the house. The annex is attached to the left of the house. There is a fully-fitted kitchen at the back (with a stable door onto a paved patio), a shower room/loo and a spacious living room with sofa, two armchairs, dining table and chairs, colour television, and sliding doors onto the garden, which faces south west. The flat is for 2 non-smokers only. Over 50s are particularly welcome. Sorry, no children or pets. "A very enjoyable week in this comfy accommodation - and such a lovely spot.
