Self cater style Holiday Houses, Apartments and B&B's for 2 - 12 guests. All our homes are for your exclusive use during your stay. Most are a short walk to a sandy beach. Breakfast basket available for arrival day as an optional extra. Children and Dogs welcome by arrangement in some houses. All linen can be provided or you can BYO (sheets, pillowcases & towels only are needed) all other bedding is provided. Your choice : 1 to 4 bedroom B&B's, Apartments and Holiday Houses, some in the Sand Dunes on the Ocean side and some on the Bay side. Most are within easy access to many Golf Courses, horse riding, the National park and walks through the sand dunes and rock pools. Some around the bayside calm beaches with shops and restaurants and tourism venues. Ocean side or bay side beaches. We have several quality holiday houses, different types of homes from budget to luxury style. Some have Sea views over the Bay side, Beds vary with the house booked - King size, Queen or single beds and bunks. Outdoor or Indoor heated Spas, air conditioners and reverse cycle cooling and heating plus wood fires. Kitchens and Laundries plus a BBQ. Children & Dog friendly in some. Full linen service or BYO option in most. Breakfast baskets optional in all. Cots & High chairs available for an extra charge with linen.

We are a good stop over point before travelling to the Great Ocean Road and on to Adelaide. The Mornington Peninsula has many unique attractions and festivals are held nearly every month.

One night stays - 2 nights preferred. No other guests. Owners live on site but like complete privacy and quiet too.

Jamara walk to the beach - 1 min !! - Look at the photo - yes you can see the bay side beach and water is just over the road. Go for an early morning swim and be back for breaky. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom here for up to 10 guests. No bath. Children over 7 years of age welcome Fully enclosed rear garden for children to play. No pets allowed. Linen optional Local shops & garage for supplies is a 10 min walk
No 7 By the Bay - Just 100 mtrs to the water 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and room for a large boat Accommodation for up to 12 guests Ideal for Groups or a family or 2 to share No need to use the car after your arrival! Walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pier too for a spot of fishing.
Out of the Blue in Rye for a family and a dog - Cosy 2 bedroom holiday home with one bathroom and 2 toilets. 1/3rd acre size garden ! - Lots of room for children of all ages and a dog or 2. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen and 2 singles. Extra guests can be accommodated here up to 10 maximum
Sandune - Spacious modern interior to this Beach holiday house just 10 mins to the National Park & Ocean Beach with walks through the sand dunes. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One has a Spa bath. The BBQ area outside overlooks the tee trees covering the sand dunes. Accommodates up to 8 guests. No pets of any kind allowed No smoking. 2 min drive to local shops & 10 min drive to the bay side beaches, supermarkets & restaurants.

Tee Tree House - Absolute Luxury here for adults only - couples or a group Children over 10 welcome. many steps to the front door and internal. Beautiful open kitchen with everything for a great Dinner Party for 8 guests. Private with a 2 car garage & 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Spa bath for 2 in the main bathroom. One small to medium dog allowed if they can manage steps. The property is not fenced and there is no grass gardens. 10 min drive to Golf Courses and the bay side beach in Rye.
