A beautifully renovated, Grade II listed, detached Country House available as a large holiday home for private let, in a quiet village with a central UK location. Built in 1681 by John Sampson, a local benefactor as a School and School House, Diamond House is now a large Country House, available for short breaks or longer holidays for up to 18 + 2 cots guests in 7 bedrooms. The large School Hall in the holiday home provides a resplendent Dining Room or Corporate Meeting Room with long table to seat all and an open fire. Additional accommodation comprises two cosy sitting rooms with space for the largest of groups, and an impressive and well equipped kitchen for self-catering. Original features are aplenty, with large rooms reminiscent of a bygone age, beams and open fires, original staircases, the old book cupboard and 105 coat pegs for the school children.
