The Retreat is a unique property situated in the exclusive location of Knights Bank Road in Hill Head, with the property enjoying beautiful views of a nature reserve and lake where swans and deer can sometimes be seen. The Beach is just a 2 minute walk from the property and two adult bicycles are provided to guests to explore the area on which is included in the price. A Balcony leads off from the master bedroom upstairs, plus a large verandah downstairs with seating, table and parasol, accessed by the french windows from the living room, both with uninterrupted views of the nature reserve and lake. The Retreat has a stunning garden just under an acre in size with it's own beautiful lake and sun loungers and a Gas BBQ are provided for your use in the summer. The property has the benefit of a large Garage and driveway providing parking for up to 4 cars and boat & trailer if required. The house features two double bedrooms (one double, one twin), travel cot, two bathrooms (one ensuite to twin bedroom), a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances provided, utility room, dining room, and lounge with 2 sofas (one a double sofa bed). TV & Video players are provided in both bedrooms including the living room. All bedding, linen, bathroom and beach towels are provided for your stay, with beds made up ready for your arrival. Optional extras are Wireless Broadband at £15 per week, and Child Minding by security checked professionals in the evenings and weekends at £5 per hour subject to availability. Area is a walkers paradise with Pets accepted.
