Location, Location, Location! It really doesn't get better than this! A Lovely Grade 2 listed apartment right in the heart of Chester City centre packed with character in the form of exposed beams, sloping celings, sash windows etc. Just 1 minute walk from your front door to the cross (the centre of Chester) and 1 minute walk in the other direction to the racecourse (see pictures). Simply step out of your front door onto the beautiful cobbled Watergate Street (as seen in picture above, one of the cities most central streets) lined with antique shops, restaurants and cafes and The Rows. The apartment is tucked away down a little passageway (behind black door on right hand side of picture above) making it incredibly peaceful despite the central location. Inside, a short flight of quite steep steps takes you up into a small but well equipped kitchen (washer/dryer, cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge, etc.). The kitchen is semi open plan onto a good sized lounge with a double sofa bed, table and four chairs for dining and a television. There is also one doubled bedroom with fitted wardrobe and cupboards and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower above. Linen and towels included. Parking available in paying secure NCP car park 1 minute walk away (£2 overnight after 5pm). Please call or e-mail to discuss longer term lets.
