Hafod Villa is a delightful, sunny cottage in a pretty secluded coastal setting within the delightful Pembrokeshire National Park. With almost an acre of private garden and set back 70m from a quiet lane Comfortably furnished for up to 6 people and dogs are welcome.

The only neighbours are next door or 1 mile away in the opposite direction so it makes the perfect getaway. There are numerous outdoor activities and two fabulous sandy beaches within 3 miles. From the cottage itself there is excellent walking and the Famous Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and lovely bathing cove; Ceibwr Bay are just 1.5mls away.
Hafod Villa is the perfect holiday location, hidden behind a pretty woodland it has nearly an acre of private garden with swings for the children and a conservatory for adults to unwind with a book.
TWO FABULOUS SANDY BEACHES only a short car drive away (4 miles) Newport Traeth is a beautiful beach with it's rockpools and caves to explore. With safe bathing and Dog Friendly access it is a delight for both old and young alike. Poppet Sands; beautiful sand dunes and more rock pools and dog friendly estuary walks idylic for children, grannies and pets.

Situated within the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park, it offers the ideal getaway for friends and/or family and up to three well behaved pets.

You enter the cottage through the CONSERVATORY which offers a sunny, alternative place to eat or just sit and relax and is the ideal place to store bikes, wellies, buckets and spades and golf clubs. When you enter the cottage proper to your left is the sitting room and to the right is TWIN-BEDDED ROOM and straight ahead are the STAIRS. These lead up into the DOUBLE-BEDDED ROOM and a TWIN-BEDDED ROOM and FAMILY BATHROOM. Both the upstairs bedrooms have PRETTY VIEWS over the garden.
The SITTING ROOM is cosy and comfortably furnished with a leather suite, tv, dvd and log fire. Beyond is the large and exceptionally bright open plan FULLY FITTED KITCHEN and DINING ROOM which overlook the garden and are very sunny and private. There is a diswasher, gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer etc.. Beyond the dining room are is a UTILITY ROOM with a washing machine and freezer.
The Countryside and Coastal views in this part of Pembrokeshire are the most STUNNING and SPECTACULAR. Frequent sitings of SEALS, DOLPHINS, PORPOISES, basking SHARKS (they eat plankton not you!) and even WHALES and TURTLES are made from Ceibwr Bay, as well as a huge variety of coastal birds. The rare red kite is regularly seen flying above Hafod Grove and the flora an fauna of this area make it a naturelovers delight.

Situated between the The quaint Market Town of CARDIGAN and the pretty village of NEWPORT it makes an IDEAL TOURING CENTRE to explore not only PEMBROKESHIRE but the CARDIGAN BAY COASTLINE as well as well as the inland county of Carmarthenshire.

Locally there are numerous outdoor activities to enjoy including walking or riding over THE PRESELLI HILLS , cycling along GWAUN VALLEY, horse riding OWN A PONY DAY, golf at NEWPORT GOLF CLUB, sailing NEWPORT YACHT CLUB as well as freshwater TROUT AND SALMON and sea FISHING to name but a few.
For those interested in THE ARTS there is a theatre, cinema, OPEN AIR THEATRE productions, art GALLERIES and craft WORKSHOP trails all within a short car ride.
Local HISTORICAL PLACES of interest include PENTRE IFAN pre-historic burial chamber, ST DOGMAELS ABBEY, KILGERRAN CASTLE, and CASTEL HENYLLS the PRE-HISTORIC VILLAGE provide fascinating excursions very nearby.

06, HAFOD VILLA, TWIN BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS - This pretty downstairs bedroom is very comfortable
07. FOUR POSTER BEDROOM - This is a pretty bedroom with a really comfortable four poster bed and garden views.
07. HAFOD VILLA, TWIN BEDROOM (full size beds) - This pretty bedroom overlooks the garden, the beds have memory foam mattresses (as used by astranauts and recommended by doctors!) on adult size beds.
09. HAFOD VILLA FAMILY BATHROOM - The family bathroom has an overhead electric shower and shower door.
10. HAFOD VILLA, GARDEN - The cottage has a huge garden with childrens swings and plenty of space for dogs and kids to race around or for grown-ups to sit and just chill out with a glass of wine
10. HAFOD VILLA, LANE TO THE SEA & COASTAL PATH - This is the view at the entrance of Hafod Grove, the lane is full of flowers in spring and is a lovely walk down to the sea, there are off lane footpaths, but very little traffic uses this lane which makes it very safe for children and dogs.
11. CEIBWR BAY - This beautiful little cove provides a lovely circular walk from Hafod Grove, it is sand and pebbles and safe for swimming, excellent for dogs because a small river runs into the sea across the beach. In season the rocks and coves around the mouth of this cove provide an excellent haven and nursery for seal pups.
12. CEIBWR BAY - This beautiful little cove is good for swimming and bathing and a haven for seal pups and within walking distance approximently 1.5ml. There is some sand even at high tide - honest!
13. PEMBROKESHIRE COASTAL PATH - The views are particularly stunning along this section of The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path (don't forget your camera). Only 1.5 mls from the cottage the wonderful rock formations, fascinating sea birds, and frequent sitings of seals, dolphins, porpoises, basking sharks (they don't eat you) and more rarely whales and turtles make a walk either to Newport or St. Dogmaels is a must. (Just make sure you leave a car parked at the other end! or take the time table of the Poppit Rocket)
14. VEIW FROM CARN INGLI - The wonderful views from the Presellis are quite breath taking. They provide excellent walks and are approximately 4 miles from the house.
15. HORSE RIDING AND TREKKING INTO THE PRESELIS - This is great for adults and children alike and Yet Wen a local stables 4mls away have excellent rides and treks to suit all ages and ability. 16. WELSH PONIES ROAM FREE ON THE PRESELIS - The Welsh ponies are really cute and against the back drop of heather and gorse on the Mountains they make a wonderful picture, especially the mares with their foals.
