| 01. HAFOD VILLA - The cottage offers spacious and comfortable accommodation and is located in a delightful secluded, sunny setting well back from the lane. 02. HAFOD VILLA, CONSERVATORY - A lovely, sunny alternative space to sit and relax or eat lunch etc. Ideal for dogs, wellies, buckets and spades, bikes and pogo sticks 03. HAFOD VILLA, SITTING ROOM - This is a cosy, bright sitting room with a tv, dvd and Log burning Fire. 04. HAFOD VILLA, OPEN PLAN KITCHEN / DINING ROOM - The open plan kitchen and dining room are spacious and sunny. 05. HAFOD VILLA , KITCHEN DINING ROOM - 06. HAFOD VILLA, FULLY FITTED KITCHEN - This bright, sunny kitchen is very well equipped for up to 6 people it has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, fan over, gas hob etc. The washing machine and Deep Freeze are in a separate utility area. 07. HAFOD VILLA, DOUBLE BEDROOM - A bright room with lovely views of the garden and fields beyond. 08. HAFOD VILLA, TWIN-BED ROOM - This room has twin beds and a lovely garden view. 09. HAFOD VILLA, GARDEN - The cottage has a huge garden with childrens swings and plenty of space for dogs and kids to race around or for grown-ups to sit and just chill out with a glass of wine 10. HAFOD VILLA, LANE TO THE SEA & COASTAL PATH - This is the view at the entrance of Hafod Grove, the lane is full of flowers in spring and is a lovely walk down to the sea, there are off lane footpaths, but very little traffic uses this lane which makes it very safe for children and dogs. 11. CEIBWR BAY - This beautiful little cove provides a lovely circular walk from Hafod Grove, it is sand and pebbles and safe for swimming, excellent for dogs because a small river runs into the sea across the beach. In season the rocks and coves around the mouth of this cove provide an excellent haven and nursery for seal pups. 12. CEIBWR BAY - This beautiful little cove is good for swimming and bathing and a haven for seal pups and within walking distance approximently 1.5ml. There is some sand even at high tide - honest! 13. PEMBROKESHIRE COASTAL PATH - The views are particularly stunning along this section of The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path (don't forget your camera). Only 1.5 mls from the cottage the wonderful rock formations, fascinating sea birds, and frequent sitings of seals, dolphins, porpoises, basking sharks (they don't eat you) and more rarely whales and turtles make a walk either to Newport or St. Dogmaels is a must. (Just make sure you leave a car parked at the other end! or take the time table of the Poppit Rocket) 14. VEIW FROM CARN INGLI - The wonderful views from the Presellis are quite breath taking. They provide excellent walks and are approximately 4 miles from the house. 15. HORSE RIDING AND TREKKING INTO THE PRESELIS - This is great for adults and children alike and Yet Wen a local stables 4mls away have excellent rides and treks to suit all ages and ability. WELSH PONIES ROAM FREE ON THE PRESELIS - The Welsh ponies are really cute and against the back drop of heather and gorse on the Mountains they make a wonderful picture, especially the mares with their foals. |
