This delightful spacious 18th century cottage is located in AONB. Situated beween the Historic town of Colchester, Essex and Ipswich Town, Suffolk. Although it is situated in the centre of the rural village of Stutton on the Essex/Suffolk borders, it overlooks our paddocks. Therefore having open views from all the upstair windows. Ground floor: Spacious lounge, dining room, kitchen, separate toilet. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet handbasin, 3 bedrooms. I double with 5ft bed with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. I twin leading to hallway and 1 single bedroom. Second floor. I large bedroom with single bed. Oil central heating, open fire in lounge (Initial supply of fuel provided) all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent. colour TV, DVD Player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned gardens patio, garden furniture.
