Adjoining the owners property, this modern but cosy apartment is just 100 yards from the sand and surf of Porth Beach, the Cornish Costal Path passes yards away. The apartment is always presented in an immaculate condition.

Newquay town center is only 1 mile away, and Watergate Bay is 1 mile away. Eden project and Padstow 30 mins drive.

Tide in. - Tide in but still plenty of room on beach, the beach stretches further to the right which is out of view in this picture.
