Ged's Place is a newly renovated 100m2 two bedroom apartment which was formally part of The Balmoral Hotel, a Victorian Seaside Hotel. It looks across the Lavan Sands towards Ynys Mon and Ynys Seriol (Puffin Island and Anglesey). We are less than 100 yards from the beach. We had a sighting last year of a pod of porpoise from the lounge window. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Visit Wales has graded Balmoral as a 4 star accommodation. A fully fitted kitchen with a washer/dryer, fridge, cooker, Wi-Fi enabled etc. Llanfairfechan is situated between Llandudno and Bangor it is a quiet coastal village and is ideally placed for touring Snowdonia. 2 hours gets you to Manchester, Liverpool, or Dublin on the fast ferry from Holyhead.
