Our apartment is ideally located for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. It is only 5 minutes by bus from Princes Street, The Royal Mile and the Playhouse Theatre (or an approximately 15 minute walk). There is free parking just round the corner of the apartment in the side streets. The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating area, dining area, 42” flat screen TV, radio alarm clock and internet computer with broadband connection. Books, various board games and toys are provided for use by guests. The kitchen is fully-fitted with an oven, hob, grill, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer and various kitchen gadgets. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a comfortable luxurious double sofa bed in the living room, providing sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are included in the rental and changed on a weekly basis. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied by prior arrangement. The bathroom has a toilet, bath and shower. We are a non-smoking accommodation Pets: A basket, bedding, bowls and a cat-litter tray are provided for your pet. The apartment has a large crate available and additional crates can be provided. Shopping & Dining: A supermarket is just on the doorstep and also nice, convenient small shops ranging from wine merchants, a pet-shop, fruit and veg shops and gift shops. For those who do not feel like cooking there are take-away shops and good quality restaurants very close by.
