A fully modernised cottage sleeping 2-6 with 2 bedrooms (one a double room and the other with 3 single beds and 1 under bed). Bed linen and all electric /oil is included in the price (please provide your own bath towels) The kitchen/dining room is fitted with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave and fridge freezer, toaster and usual kitchen accessories. The lovely lounge has a selection of reading books, cards, dominoes and chess also tourist information. There is a tv also a video and dvd player with a selection of dvd's. The cottage is situated 20 mins walk from the picturesque village of Moniaive and near the Galloway Forrest, Castle Douglas and only 45 mins from the coast and Sandyhills bay. Bike hire including helmets is nearby at "Riks Bike Shed" at Drumlanrig Castle Pets allowed, No Smoking
