The Loft is a very attractive and peaceful first floor apartment off the Digey situated in the heart of the beautiful seaside town of St Ives. It is on a quiet cobbled street between the Harbour and Porthmeor Beach in a pretty courtyard garden which is an oasis of calm in this old fishing harbour. Step off the Digey and enter one of the secret gardens of St Ives with its quiet courtyard, palm trees, flowers and pebbles. Tastefully modernised the cottage has many attractive features including an old cornish range (not in use), high gabled ceilings and wooden floors which creates a superb standard of accommodation in this beautiful first floor apartment. The Lounge is very comfortable and has two leather sofas, TV, Freeview and Video. The kitchen and dining area is well fitted with gas hob, electric oven and microwave. The bedroom offers a high standard of comfort with a double bed. The property is very light with a sunny south facing aspect. It has a large shower room and has the benefit of gas fired central heating and is a cosy retreat throughout the year.
