Kingsdown Holiday Park is situated in a quiet rural location between Dover and Deal with panoramic views from the white cliffs over the English channel. At the foot of the chalk cliffs is the holiday parks private beach which though mainly shingle reveals an enticing array of delightful rock pools at low tide. The park has a heated indoor swimming pool with children's splash area, tennis court, children's play area, volleyball court, petanque court, shop, bar/bistro with takeaway menu, laundry room, crazy golf course and table tennis - nearby activities include golf, fishing and horse riding. It is situated in a beautiful part of Kent and is within easy reach of the historic Canterbury and Sandwich, three medieval castles, Howletts Animal Park and day trips to the continent. Kingsdown Park really has something for everyone including those who simply want to chill out and relax. Our two three bedroom privately owned chalets are furnished to a very high standard and situated in a gently sloping secluded area of the park. They are maintained to a very high standard and enjoy all day sun setting over the rear patios. No cars are allowed on the park but ample parking is available in the nearby site car parks. Chalet 67 Ground Floor - two bedrooms one with two 3' single beds and the other with bunk beds; bathroom/wc with electric shower and heated towel rail; fully refurbished kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, dish washer; electric kettle and coffee maker; lounge/dining room with Sky Freesat TV/DVD and double doors opening to a front veranda; patio with garden furniture to the rear. First Floor - reached by an open plan staircase is a bright master bedroom with double bed and en suite wc/washbasin + double bedroom with two single beds which can be used as a double. Chalet 68 Ground Floor- one bedroom with 3ft bunk beds; bathroom/wc with electric shower and heated towel rail; kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge; electric kettle and coffee maker; spacious lounge with Sky Freesat TV/DVD and double doors opening to a front veranda; seperate dining room opening onto patio with garden furniture to the rear. First Floor - reached by an open plan staircase is a bright master bedroom with double bed and en suite wc/washbasin and a seperate bedroom with two 3 ft single beds which can be used as a double Equipment includes ironing board, iron and clothes airer. Heating is via electric oil filled radiators or convector heaters in all rooms. High chairs, bed linen and cot hire are available upon request. Please bring your own towels. All electricity is supplied via £1 coin meters.
