| The Apartment is located near to the popular Stobswell area of Dundee. The property is well positioned to take advantage of everything Dundee and the surrounding area has to offer and is within walking distance of the heart of Dundee City centre.
The owners of this apartment have taken care to consider the individual needs of their potential guests. The layout of the apartment allows considerable flexibility in the use of each room.
The double sized master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe storage and a window with views of the river Tay. The second double bedroom has an adult single bed in addition to a child's top bunk with adult sized futon folding out below. The futon provides seating and/or a double adult sized bed. The second room would accommodate a number of guest permutations for example sleeping up to 4 children comfortably or 2/3 adults comfortably or any other permutation.
The layout of bedroom 2 can therefore be altered to accommodate adults or children. If the room is to be used for children the owners theme the room accordingly with appropriate bedding etc., making sure that your children are comfortable and happy within unfamiliar surroundings.
In addition, the owners have considered time out for Mum and Dad and have provided toys, a computer and a Play Station to entertain the kids, should the British weather let you down. The bedroom 2 layout provides the kids with their own living space allowing Mum and Dad peace and quiet.
The location of the apartment allows guests to take full advantage of world-class golfing facilities, which are within easy reach of Dundee, and include Carnoustie and St. Andrews. Carnoustie is hosting the 2007 Open Championship and the apartment is an ideal location for easy and quick access to the Open Championship 2007.
