Rydal Cottage is a chic and stylish self catering cottage perfectly situated in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Ideal for a weekend get-away, short break or weekly holiday let for up to 4 guests the cottage is personally managed by us to maintain a high level of accommodation...see our website for guests comments and feedback.

We are 300 yards from Shakespeare's birthplace and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and the RSC Theatre.

The accommodation consists of:-

  • Two beautifully decorated double bedrooms
  • A well equipped kitchen / diner complete with range cooker and washer dryer
  • A comfortably furnished relaxing lounge with flatscreen TV and iPOD dock
  • A period style ground floor bathroom with shower over bath
  • A secluded courtyard garden with garden furniture.

    Our weekly lets run Friday to Friday and short breaks for a minium of 2 nights are available throughout the year (rates for short breaks available on our web site).

    A parking permit is provided with all bookings together with a welcome pack.
    Children 10 years and over welcome.
    The cottage is within walking distance of Stratford rail station with services connecting to London Marylebone and Birmingham Moor St.

    Courtyard Garden - The sunny secluded courtyard garden is the perfect place to snooze in the sun or enjoy a glass of wine.
    Front bedroom street side - Beautifully decorated bedroom with double metal bedstead and hand made painted wardrobe, overlooking the street.
    kitchen/Diner - You step straight through the door into the welcoming kitchen featuring hand built painted units with oak work tops, traditional butlers sink, flagstone floor and a large 6 burner stainless steel. Fully equipped with washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a variety of cutlery and ovenware. If you're not tempted by the many restaurants and pubs in town then enjoy a light snack or gourmet experience at the pretty pink cafe table.
    Lounge - Great for relaxing and winding down, the lounge is comfortable furnished and individually styled. Comfy seating for 4, Flat screen TV with freeview box, music system with iPod connection, DVD and a selection of books, magazines and board games for you to enjoy.
