*Suitability:*
Children welcome - Limefitt Park is a site that is particularly well suited to family holidays.
Please note that Troutbeck flows through the park and that parents with must take care to ensure that children are properly supervised at all times, but especially when they are near the water. The lodge does have a gated decking area for your added security.
The end of the decking is a Cumbrian slate wall and has some sharp protuberances. Please ensure that children are not left unsupervised when playing on the decking.
*Apologies :*
Although the lodge itself is all on one level, there are steps up to it, making it inaccessible for wheelchairs
For the comfort of all of our guests we do not allow smoking in the property although you may smoke outside on the balcony if you wish. Please take great care extinguishing smoking materials near the wooden (and flammable!) decking.
We do not allow pets in the lodge (with the exception of guide dogs - please see terms and conditions).
We cannot accept bookings from young all male, or all female parties although we reserve the right to vary this in exceptional circumstances - please contact us if you would like more information.
* Leisure facilities at White Cross Bay are not available mid November to 1st March. Guests wishing to take advantage of this facility will be required to register for this facility at the park office on arrival and to complete a brief medical questionnaire.
