|The 17th century cottage, Frognal, is situated in the heart of Niton, just half a mile from St. Catherine's Point - the Southern most tip of the island.
Niton, described as one of the most beautiful villages on the island, benefits from outstanding local amenities - two pubs with good food, a well
stocked village shop, a butcher, a library, doctor's surgery, etc.
Niton is situated at the crossroads of the most spectacular coastal paths and is just beneath the 'pepperpot' - one of the world's only medieaval
lighthouses. Frognal, once the village shoemakers, has a large cottage kitchen, complete with aga,two living rooms - both with woodburning stoves,
four good sized bedrooms ( two of which are huge ) and a large, well stocked garden - complete with pond, children's adventure playground and various seated areas.
The cottage is home to two mature cats, who will also be resident during your stay!
For your comfort, in the height of summer, the aga will be turned off. Alternative cooking arrangements are provided.|
