Choose between the Stables Apartment, ideal for 2/3 guests, or the Saddle Room Apartment for up to 4 guests or the spacious Granary Apartment for up to 8 people. With the use of sofa beds, the capacity of each apartment can be increased and then with the exclusive use of all of the Coach House, parties of up to 24 can be accomodated.
All original features have been retained during the sympathetic conversion including the Coach House clock and bell tower, the winch to the granary, the herrinbone stone floors, and the mangers and hay racks in the old stables.
Set in ancient parkland grazed by the Brackenborough herd of cows and calves, the site is the Deserted Village of Brackenborough, part of the 800 acre farm. It provides a beautiful, peaceful setting for walking, cycling,fishing, following the nature trails, bird watching, badger watching and relaxing and playing in the extensive gardens.
Brackenborough Hall Coach House is situated half a mile from the public road between the rolling hills of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that is the Lincolnshire Wolds, the nature reserves and beaches of Lincolnshire's unique coast and the attarctive Georgian market town of Louth, still a true market town with individual local shops.
