Beadnell:
An interesting fact about Beadnell is that its harbour has the only west facing entrance on the whole of the east coast. The village itself has two pubs serving excellent food. The Village Pantry, opposite the church, is an excellent cafe serving food all day from breakfast onwards, it also provides free internet access. The local grocery shop includes the village post office. There is also a very popular local take away fish and chip shop. The bus stops give easy access to trips further a field for those who do not wish to drive. All these facilities are within 5 minutes walk from Dunes View. There are facilities for boat launching available in the beachside car park - subject to opening restrictions.
Short breaks are available out of season.
