
Isola is a charming period house overlooking St Helens village green, with views towards the downs beyond. It is very comfortably furnished to a high standard, making an ideal base from which to explore the Island.
Situated on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight, the village of St Helens is just a short stroll from the local sandy beach, Bembridge harbour and St Helens Duver, a wide stretch of grass and sand dunes managed by the National Trust. There are several shops, a pub and two restaurants in the village and a childrens play area on the village green.
Isola offers accommodation for up to 9 people, with 1 king with en-suite shower room; 1 twin (which can be converted to a superking by arrangement), 1 single, 1 pair 3ft bunks, family bathroom, spacious sitting room with double sofa bed and open fire, large kitchen/dining room and downstairs utility room with shower and WC. A single Z bed and travel cot are also available.
The house has a walled garden to the rear equipped with furniture and BBQ. Isola is wheelchair accessible and children are welcome. The house is non-smoking, sorry, no pets.
Isola is open from March to December with a Friday change over. Short breaks available on application. Linen available for hire.The prices per week for 2008 are as follows:
