This is a listed building, originally built in 1867 by the Liverpool Dock engineer George Fosbery Lyster. It was built as a corn warehouse and had access to both the waterways and the rail system.
It's conversion into apartments began in the late 1980s, with completion in 1995. A conservation order during the conversion resulted in most of the original features being retained. These are visible in all the apartments and throughout it's grand hallways.
Today these apartments offer a lifestyle of luxury and comfort in one of Liverpool's most sought after addresses.
On entering the elegant landscaped grounds, visitors must pass the security lodge which is manned 24 hours per day for added security and privacy.
There is one allocated car space (inc) camera surveillance and a visitors car park.
