This is a beautifully appointed apartment sleeping just 2 people (or 2 adults plus 1 child), situated on the ground floor of this popular block of apartments only a short stroll from the North Beach, harbour and town centre. The historic walled town boasts a whole host of shopping facilities, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops as well as colourful gift shops, banks and building societies. There is also a choice of three golden sandy beaches to choose from and a boat trip from the harbour takes you to the Monastic Island of Caldey. Open plan Lounge/Diner/Kitchen: Large corner suite converts to a double bed, colour television and video player, dining table and chairs for 3 people. Kitchen area comprises fridge with freezer box, Mielle 2 ring hob with cooker hood/light over, combination microwave oven/grill. Bedroom: with 4 ft bed surrounded by built in wardrobe/drawer combination unit. A further cupboard uniquely houses a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Shower room: with corner shower cubicle fitted with electric shower, wash basin with mirror/cabinet and lights over, wc plus storage cupboard. Bed linen is provided for both the bed and the sofa bed, visitors are asked to bring their own towels. Rent is inclusive of electricity. Parking is on-site but on a first come, first served basis. No pets and no smoking in the apartment.
