Approached via leafy farm lane The Barn is a secluded conversion completed in June 2006 with under floor heating and mezzanine gallery making it ideal for a break at any time of the year. The sitting / dining area which has a gaz log burner is 35 ft long with some of the best views in Wales from your armchair. There are patio doors from the dining area which lead to large private garden with garden furniture and a gaz BBQ. Modern fitted kitchen with original and exposed beams has a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. in fact everything you will need for your stay, you should want for nothing. The master bedroom has original and exposed beams and en suite shower room, WC and washbasin. The second bedroom has twin single beds, the third bedroom a double bed and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds. There is a further bathroom with corner bath, WC and wash basin. The property is 7 miles from Carmarthen, 4 miles from The National Botanic Garden of Wales and just 2 miles from Aberglasney House and Garden. The Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons are within easy access to the East and the glorious beaches within easy access to the West.
