The cottage has been painstakingly renovated using authentic period features. These include restored Victorian upholstery and furnishings, antique pine panelling and doors, cast-iron fireplaces and traditional lace bed linen. The cottage comfortably sleeps three, though there is a double sofa-bed downstairs for additional guests. The living has a stereo system and television/video. There is also a dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom. Self-catering facilities include a washer-drier, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is permit parking in the road outside.
