Brambles Chine is a fully furnished self catering bungalow on the Isle of Wight sleeping up to 6 people with one double and one twin-bedded bedroom, with a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has WC, washbasin and bath with electric shower over. The large living area has a fully equipped kitchen/dining and lounge area with sofa bed and chairs. Ample Car-parking is available close to the bungalow. The Living room has Colour TV with Freeview and a DVD player. The Kitchen area has a Cooker, Kettle, Toaster and Microwave along with ample pots, pans, cutlery etc. Our self catering bungalow has gas heating, essential for out of season breaks. Directly outside the front of the bungalow is a patio area for sitting out and enjoying a summer evening’s barbeque after a day on the beach or visiting one of the Isle of Wight's many attractions. Brambles Chine is set on a self catering holiday village known as Linstone Chine. Linstone Chine is a holiday village privately owned and run by a committee of the chalet owners. It overlooks the sea at the quieter, prettiest and unspoilt western end of the Isle of Wight, known as West Wight. Nearby are the towns, beaches and attractions of Yarmouth, Colwell Bay, Freshwater, Totland Bay, Alum Bay and The Needles. Extensive views of the Solent and English Channel to the Needles to the West along the Dorset and Hampshire coasts to Hurst Castle, along with spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed throughout the holiday village. Some yacht races actually start directly in view from the site. The Brambles Chine Holiday Village is only yards from the sea and has direct access to Colwell Bay via either steps at one end of the site or via a slipway at the other. Colwell Bay has a gently sloping, child friendly sandy beach with crystal clear bathing at one end, through to a pebbly beach with plenty of rock pools for crabbing etc. at the other. Offering something for everyone. Linstone Chine is less than 2 miles away and within walking or easy cycling distance from the small and pretty harbour town of Yarmouth, where the Wightlink car and passenger ferry crosses from Lymington on the mainland, or if you prefer to cross from Southampton to Cowes then it is less than half an hour’s drive across the island. The holiday site includes an independently owned bar, coin-operated launderette, a general store, crazy golf, 9-hole golf course and a large recreation area with goal posts. There are several excellent bars and restaurants set right on the waters edge within easy walking distance across the beach. All of the Isle of Wight attractions are all within easy reach by car or bus from Brambles Chine. There are also many walks and cycle routes, the Isle of Wight costal path even passes through the holiday village.
