Two tastefully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a view of the sea. The second bedroom, has a double bed and pine bunk beds. The bathroom is newly decorated with modern bathroom suite, A Mira Sport electric shower over the bath, and is extensively tiled with pale blue cloud effect tiles.
The kitchen, small but perfectly fitted has a built-in electric cooker & hob. New fridge, and microwave. Stainless steel sink, and fitted cupboards, one with a carousel. The larder cupboard is well filled with all the cooking utensils and china that you should need. The kitchen window looks out over lawns & trees, where there is a rotary line for laundry. There are two large storage cupboards, one for the kitchen utensils, The other has an Iron, Ironing board, Vacuum cleaner, & broom.
The lounge is large and comfortable, with dining table and six chairs. Two seater & three seater, well cushioned sofas, and two extra, well upholstered chairs as additional seating. There is a large modern T.V. with video and DVD. Some books and videos are provided for your enjoyment.
Outside on the patio is a wooden picnic table, surrounded by four pretty potted conifers. This area faces South and West and is a sunny position all day. In the evening you can watch the sun go down over the sea.

The Combe area of Penstowe Park is a quiet, peaceful place yet just a few minutes walk to Penstowe Manor, where you can wine and dine in the restaurant, swim in the well heated indoor pool, relax in the sauna & jacuzzi. Play tennis or squash then relax in the evening with a drink and enjoy the clubs entertainment.An on site mini market and laundry room are available, and a further restaurant/bar, outdoor pool and children’s area are free to all.
Kilkhampton, a delightful Cornish village, with two inns and several small shops, is just a short drive up the road. Sandymouth Bay & Northcote Mouth are the two nearest coasts where surfing and swimming is safe & often attended by a lifeguard.
Bude town is a 10 minute drive south, where surfing & watersports are enjoyed. With its safe beaches and gentle slopes and rock pools it is a delight for children of all ages. There is an indoor Swimming Pool, Bowling alley and childrens ball park, opposite Budes largest supermarket.
This small picturesque town has many interesting shops, with a fountain in the central triangular, picnic area. One can relax in the sun and watch the world go by. The Bude canal, where boats dock in through the lock gates and ducks, swans and a goose wait eagerly to be fed, and the river Neet, both wend their way down to the sea.
A holiday in Penstowe Park, in our quiet comfortable chalet is a perfect place to spend a week, yet be minutes from all the action of a busy Cornish Town.
