5 Mansion, Bryn-y-Mor is part of a development which is unique to Tenby with luxurious apartments, and private leisure facilities on site which include a swimming pool, sauna and gym. a short 10 minute walk takes you into the centre of Tenby and access to the beaches.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a large terrace and has been finished to the very highest specification, with an open plan Lounge/diner and kitchen. The Kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge and freezer with kitchen breakfast bar separating the dining area.

The Lounge/dining area facing to the front of the property with patio door to terrace, has a comfortable leather sofa and chairs, a colour television, DVD and video player. Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed with portable TV and French patio doors to the front with views towards the Giltar Headland. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room. Bathroom has a full size bath with shower attachment, separate large shower with power shower, wc and wash basin. Utility room has washing machine/dryer, wc and wash basin. Allocated parking space. Inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. 4.00 pm arrival time.
