The Stables, sleeps 5. The former race horse stables has been sympathetically converted to provide open plan living accommodation to include: On the ground floor, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and living area with TV, DVD, CD player and wood burning stove. The first floor has one double bedroom, a second room with three single beds and a family bathroom. West Croft Cottages can be found in the unspoilt Cumbrian Village of Brigham, just outside the Lake District National Park 2 miles from the market town of Cockermouth. It is an ideal base from which to explore the quieter lakes and mountains of The National Park, and take in the attractions of the increaingly popular Solway Coast and West Cumbria coastal towns and villages.We have three cottages for you to choose from. All the the cottages form one side of an attractive secluded courtyard set well back from the village road.Each cottage has its own potio area with tables, chairs and barbeque in the courtyard and the use of a traditional games room with full size snooker table, table football and family games. The village has a children's park and playing field, a general store and Post Office, an art gallery and a coarse fishing lake.
