Very close to the Conference Centre and the Grand and Metropole Hotels. We have available a one bedroom flat for 2/4 people in Regency Square, a one bedroom flat modern flat in Russell Square plus FOUR flats in Metropole Court above the well known Hilton Metropole Hotel(pictured above). Of these four flats three are one bedroom - each sleeping 2/4 people and the other is a high standard three bedroom/two bathroom balcony flat to sleep 6/8 people. All these flats are on the seventh floor with lifts. There is a swimming pool and luxury gym in the basement of the building. Use of these facilities will cost £10 per person per day. In addition to these properties we have a former coastguard's cottage with fantastic sea and marina views, lovely waterside houses and flats in Eastbourne, a thatched cottage in Shoreham-by-Sea, a five bedroom villa to sleep up to 20 people in the Preston Park area, seafront houses and flats in Rottingdean and Seaford, a 'tucked away from it all' old coach house in the 'forgotten' downland village of Telscombe.
