Recently renovated to a high standard, Llareggub cottage has an excellent position only a short walk to the beach, all pubs and restaurants within the heart of New Quay. Accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 6 people. - Master bedroom with flat screen TV. - Second bedroom with twin beds. - Third bedroom with bunk beds sleeping 2 young children. Linen is available for hire if required. The kitchen / dining area (seating 6) includes a modern double electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher as well as the usual small appliances. The lounge area has a large 3 seater sofa as well as a further sofa seating 2. Included are a 32" flat screen tv, DVD player and range of films, freeview satellite tv, XBOX games console, hifi system, PC with internet access, a selection of books and games, and a woodburning stove. In the large utility room are: a washing machine, 2 person kayak (life jackets included), beach chairs and umbrella. There is a large sunny garden with a barbecue area as well as plenty of room for safe garden activities. Coal and logs for the wood burning stove can be purchased close by. The house is also equipped with electric night storage heaters (electricity is included in the price). Unfortunately pets can not be accommodated at the cottage. We ask that residents do not smoke within the cottage.
