Ardbank is currently up for sale with Astins of Whitby, so bookings are only being taken at short notice. The cottage remains a very comfortable, well equipped holiday retreat in the old fishing village of Staithes.It is 2 minutes from the Beck and 5 minutes from the harbour and shore. It has a large, beamed farmhouse style kitchen on the lower ground floor.[dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge, freezer,cooker, microwave, solid fuel stove and electric storage heating.] The Lounge which is on the upper ground floor is also large, with television,dvd and video, telephone. It has an open coal fire and storage heating. The family bathroom has a power shower over the bath. [An immersion heater supplies hot water] There are three bedrooms, [single, double and 3/4 bed] and a second toilet with washhandbasin on the first floor. There is parking for one car, and one well-behaved dog is welcome.
