Only opened in 2005, our 4 new luxury Cottages have all you will need for a relaxing and peaceful break. All of our cottages are very well equipped. All have fabulous kitchens, dishwashers, microwaves, ensuites, walk in wet rooms, breakfast bars and lounge diners. A launderette is on site should you need it. There are 12 acres of grounds to walk round and 2 fishing lakes if you wish to take advantage of our residents only fishing. A childrens play area is also on site for the little ones. We are close to the beach and the Lincolnshire Wolds, so you are in the perfect location to take advantage of the many attractions Lincolnshire has to offer. Breakfast available at a supplement. **Jamie Oliver** has even stayed in one of our new Cottages in February 2006 and enjoyed our home cooked breakfasts!!
