Three Gables is a stylish and comfortable detached house in a quiet location with stunning panoramic country views and a private enclosed garden. It comfortably sleeps 10 adults in 5 bedrooms with 2 cots and a toddler bed also available. Free wifi throughout the house.
Located in the centre of the rural village of Newbridge on the Isle of Wight and tucked away at the end of a private drive with ample room for parking 3 or more cars, the property is within easy reach of coast, beaches and nearest towns; just step outside for beautiful country walks and cycling routes!
Three Gables is the perfect base for friends and families wishing to spend time together and enjoy a relaxing break at any time of the year with the microclimate of the island giving weather that is often better than elsewhere in the UK. Patio doors and large windows give a light and airy feel with solar panels providing hot water in the warmer months, whilst good insulation and central heating make Three Gables warm and cosy at cooler times of the year.
Sleeping arrangements in the property are very flexible, upstairs the master bedroom has zip and link and can be either a kingsize bed or 2 single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower over, toilet and basin, one double room and a twin room make up bedrooms 2 and 3 a large shower room with toilet and basin. A fourth bedroom situated on the ground floor with an en-suite shower, toilet and basin, bedroom number 5 is also located on the ground floor and has 2 full sized single beds. There are also 2 cots available and a toddler bed in bed room 2 and a family bathroom on the ground floor.
The other amenities include our large bespoke kitchen with Rangemaster electric cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, a large dining table which seats 10 comfortably and a spacious lounge with ample seating for 10. Large TV with Freeview, Smart Blu-ray/DVD player, CD player with iPod dock, The study room/bedroom 5 has seating for 4, a day bed (makes 2 singles) and second TV with DVD player.
French doors lead onto the decked veranda and garden to the front. The garden is suitable for children with a fence to ensure safety, a decked area, patio and lawns. BBQ, outdoor furniture and games are provided- perfect for the Spring and Summer!
The property is not adapted for wheelchairs but is suitable for people with restricted mobility. Access to the property includes a step into the house (ground floor accommodation comprises of an en suite bedroom, the kitchen, lounge, study and separate family bathroom).
The nearest shop is only a 2 minute walk away (open March -Nov), the pub 1.5 miles and the nearest beach 3 miles.
A short drive will take you to local towns for shopping and the many tourist attractions around the island; the county town of Newport is only 6 miles away and historic Yarmouth is 3 miles away, both well worth a visit.

We provide free WiFi, and secure lockable storage for bicycles, sporting equipment etc.
There is ample parking for 3 or more cars.
Public Transport is accessible from the property as an hourly bus service passes near the end of the drive from/to Yarmouth ferry or Newport.
