Manningtree Railway station 3 mins by car, A12 to A137 finds Manningtree itself, with Stanstead Airport under an hour, with Harwiich & Felixstowe ports 1/2hr away.

The lounge is an original oak beamed cottage style room with great character as the centre of Beaches. A peaceful room with Inglenook also with TV and DVD.

Although we don't offer B&B ourselves we have a great Pub a few doors away which offers a great English breakfast from £2-99. Julie the landlady will offer a warm welcome should you try it out! And, if that's not enough we have Cafe Rio in the centre of Manningtree (2 minute walk!) that also does great breakfasts!!
