either hot or cooler days.
The actual living area measures all of 15ft x 12ft with extended space where the open plan kitchenette is situated. Table cloth, tea towels, hand towels and oven gloves are provided as well as all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking vessels/utensils. The bedroom is 15ft x 12ft large!
There are two entrances into the accommodation, one via the patio which has a step and the front door access is on the flat but here would be wheelchair restriction into the bathroom where the walled entrance is narrow and inner space too tight.
Heating is by way of dimplex electric units and an emersion for hot water. The bathroom has a fixed heater and an electric shower operates over the bath. Cleaning is thorough and carried out with professionalism.
