The accommodation, all on ground floor (level access at rear), comprises: Lounge/dining room/kitchen, 1 double bedroom with 5 ft double bed and extensive wardrobe and cupboard space, bathroom with shower over double width 3⁄4 bath, toilet & basin.
There are slate floors throughout.
The cottage is fully furnished and fully equipped including: Freeview TV; DVD player (small library); Radio/CD; Fridge; Elec 2 ring hob; Combi m/wave/oven/grill; Freezer; Washer/dryer.
Services: Underfloor elec CH. All fuel (electricity), power, bed linen (duvets) & towels are included in the price. There is parking for 2 cars.
There is an enclosed lawned garden with decked sitting out area & furniture & BBQ.

The railway station is close by with regular train service to Glasgow City Centre.
For leisure time there's boating on Loch Lomond, dinghy sailing at nearby Bardowie Loch, plenty of golf courses close by, sports centres, fishing, and walking nearby including on the West Highland Way, Campsie Fells and in the Carron Valley Forest and for those seeking a little culture or wanting to escape into the great outdoors Stirling is approximately 25 miles and Edinburgh approximately 50 miles, both with many attractions. There are shops and pubs within 2 miles.
The property is close to the Antonine Wall Buffer Zone, a World Heritage Site, where it passes through a valley between Bearsden and Milngavie.
Where guests stay for more than one week the rent includes a weekly change of bedlinen and towels and a light weekly clean in addition to the services mentioned above.
Bookings are usually Friday to Friday (different entry and exit days and periods shorter than one week by arrangement).
A welcome pack is provided and additional services such as grocery shopping at cost may be available by arrangement.
