|An outstanding extended 1800 Mill Managers Cottage & Mill ruin situated on the outskirts of Crumlin village opposite the picturesque Crumlin Glen. With too much history to list we are sure the owner will be happy to share this with you. With the background of the owner working in media each room has been very tastefully decorated with images and artwork that we feel suits the architecture.
The property has been sympathetically and lovingly extended balancing the benefits of ultra modern contemporary living with all the warmth, charm and character of this traditional stone built cottage of this age. This dream home has taken four years to complete and was done using the best of materials and services/companies available within Europe.
Internally the accommodation on the ground floor comprises off an open plan kitchen with modern range of high and low level units and integrated appliances. There are three further reception rooms including a cinema/living room, smoking room (with its original stone fire place), and modern coffee room/porch area.

Making your way to the first floor on the canceled stair case (Under stairs there is storage and the control unit for under floor heating, electrics, integrated audio visual system for each room in the house) leads you pass book shelving used for storing all those feature reads that you have collected over the year to a long corridor of which you have four doors.
Two good-sized bedrooms and a study area, which could easily be, convert to a third double bedroom. The fourth door leads to a very modern bathroom with integrated shower, basin and toilet. The bathroom has great senses of space again due to the design and positioning of a wall long mirror on the right as you enter.
Outside there is parking available for up to nine cars and the Mill ruin itself. The Mill has a bigger footprint than the cottage itself, from within it gives inspiring views of Rams Island, Lough Neagh and the countryside of Antrim.
