Well-equipped kitchen, wet-room, communal upstairs bunk room sleeping 4 (which can double as a family room), with optional downstairs bedspace for one disabled person. A cot can be provided if required. Located in the heart of Frosterley village, in a secure courtyard setting, very close to local supermarket, the Weardale Railway, the village playground and playing field. Secluded outdoor sitting area for visitors' use, secure cycle storage, and parking available.
Well situated for anyone wanting to visit Durham, Newcastle, Alston, Killhope Leading Mining Museum, Beamish, High Force, Hamsterley Forest, Nenthead Mine, and the many other attractions of the Durham Dales.
Stay as long as you like, or for one night only. Our cheaper rates apply if you bring your own sleeping bags, while the higher rates include bedding and towels. Our daily rates are the same all year round, but our weekly rates vary vary with off- and peak seasons.
We're very flexible and are very willing to accommodate visitors with special requirements.
