|This roomy apartment contains a magnificent spacious Lounge/Dining Room and a long balcony overlooking Cheap St. with two bedrooms and sleeps up to six guests.
Printers Court is one of the most attractive of the many splendid properties that are found on historic Cheap Street and you can admire the other buildings along this main thoroughfare from the splendid window and the balcony that belong in their entirety to Flat 3.
Accommodation Flat 3 contains what is probably the most spacious lounge/dining room to be found in any Sherborne apartment, which immediately conveys a very luxurious feel. With two leather settees, a coffee table, a large dining table that can seat 8 and a double bed/settee the room still has a very spacious feel.
There are two bedrooms, one with a Queen sized double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition the apartment contains a Bathroom/WC with a shower over the bath and a large kitchen. The kitchen contains an oven, four hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a plentiful range of cupboards, cutlery, crockery, etc. The property is heated by Gas Central heating (included).
The apartment contains a 42” plasma television with Freeview, DVD/VHS player, a plentiful collection of DVDs, video tapes and books and an interesting collection of framed mountain and travel prints.
The apartment sleeps 6 using the large sofa bed, which will be made up if required and it is a five minute walk to both Sainsburys and Somerfields. There is a plentiful array of restaurants and tea/coffee shops in very close proximity to Printers Court and your morning paper is readily available from the town newsagent on the Ground Floor of Printers Court! There is also an attractive and secluded rear garden shared by the four apartments and townhouse that constitute Printers Court.
Parking On street parting outside the building is available from 5.30pm to 9.00am and on Sundays. The long stay car park is a five minute walk away and for arrivals before 5.30pm on a weekday you can park about 70 yards away for unloading and our staff can help you carry your bags to the apartment.
