The Bowgie and The Granary are two self-contained quality holiday cottages adjoining the Grade ll listed Trewerry Mill. Perfect for summer holidays, Christmas, New Year, winter, short and weekend breaks (minimum 3 nights).

The Granary:
The Granary is a converted agricultural building made of stone and cob, retaining many original features. The accommodation is set out in reverse order with the entrance through stable doors into an open plan living room and kitchen, the roof space has been opened up exposing the timbers. A log burning stove is set in the original fireplace, with a large oak lintel. There are two bedrooms downstairs, a double with a king size bed and a twin room with two single beds.

The Bowgie:
The Bowgie (pronounced Bow-jee) is a stone built studio style barn conversion with roof timbers exposed; adding much character. A log burning stove is there to warm the south facing living area, which has a door opening onto the communal courtyard shared with the Granary. The bedroom benefits from a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a fully fitted galley kitchen with a pleasant westerly aspect.

Nestled in a wooded tranquil valley, Trewerry Cottages are a perfect base from which to explore the magnificent splendour of Cornwall. The dramatic North Coast is just 3 miles away and the gardens and sheltered rivers of the South Coast are within easy reach. The historic houses of the Duchy are readily visited and the National Trust Elizabethan Manor of Trerice is a short 5 minute stroll away. The Cathedral City of Truro and the unique Eden Project are approximately 20 minutes by car, while the bustling town of Newquay is just 3 miles away. Most places in the County are within 45 minutes drive.

Nearby areas of outstanding natural beauty include the Pentire Headlands, the River Gannel, Crantock Beach (dog friendly), Watergate Bay and Perran Sands. Newquay Golf club is located just behind Fistral Beach (the world famous surfing beach). The Granary and Bowgie cottages are situated on the national cycle route 32 from Truro to Padstow, and there are many varied cycle rides straight from the doorstep.

4 Star Visit Britain.
