Situated in the beautiful South Cornish countryside surrounded by organic farmland owned by the Duchy of Cornwall, these lovely barn conversions are set around a courtyard. Each property has its own picnic/BBQ area. Views over the neighbouring farmland make a peaceful location with easy access to the coastal road between Polperro and Looe offering shops, restaurants and pubs. The South Cornish coast has a host of sandy beaches with the South West Coastal Path offering stunning cliff walks and other footpaths to enjoy. Enjoy a day in Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican or visit Bodmin Moor with its rugged scenery and riding facilities. The St Austell Bays, The Eden Project and Charlestown Shipwreck Centre are all within a short drive. Close by you can enjoy picturesque coves at Talland Bay and Portnadler Bay.
Free wireless broadband access for compatible equipment is available. Numerous circular walks can be made from the cottages. Cream tea on arrival. Ample parking in the courtyard. Bed linen is included and towels are available for hire. Regret no pets and no smoking inside the properties. Babysitting by arrangement. Beach, shops and pubs are all within 1.5 miles.
The Stables is a large barn conversion offering FIVE bedrooms set on two levels with original beams in most rooms. The upper floor has three bedrooms all with en-suite shower or bath and WC: 2 double bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with a single bed. The ground floor offers two further bedrooms: 1 king-size double and 1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower and WC. The large farmhouse kitchen/diner is well equipped with gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Patio doors in the main lounge give further access to the grounds. The second lounge can also be used as a dining room. Both lounges have a TV, video, DVD and Freeview. Full gas central heating. Parking for up to 4 cars, additional parking can be arranged subject to prior agreement with owners. Arrival time 4.30pm. You are welcome to drop your luggage off after 2.30pm if required.
