It is only a short walk to the shops on Princes Street and George Street, the Castle, the Royal Mile and the many theatres, restaurants and clubs in the West End. The EICC (conference centre) and the financial district are very close and an easy walk away
The living room is a large sunny room with 2 leather sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), a dining table and chairs, TV/DVD and broadband internet access. The kitchen is newly upgraded and well-equipped with cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave as well as plenty of storage space.
The bedrooms have great views of the castle and overlook the shared garden at the back of the property making for quiet night's sleep. Bedroom1 is a double bedroom with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 2 is a twin room that can be configured a king sized double. The bathroom has been refitted with a new shower bath, washbasin and WC. There is also a separate WC and handbasin.
There is metered on street parking and an secure NCP car park close by. Ironing facilities, bedlinen and towels are all provided.
